REGISTRATION
ON LINE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Registration procedure:
- Complete application online at SSA website and submit thru SSA.
- Download the Perry Waiver from the Perry website. Complete, sign and mail Waiver Form and send along with copies of your FAA Pilot Certificate, SSA membership card, sailplane insurance policy (if your SSA membership or insurance policy do not cover the dates of the contest send these documents when they do), and $100 deposit check to Rhonda Tyler, PO Box 65, Wagener, SC 29164
- A deposit of $100 is required to complete your registration. Total registration fee is $430 ($330, plus $100 deposit). The deposit is required by February 19, 2009, to hold your place on the list, with the remainder due at the registration desk upon arrival.
