REGISTRATION
ON LINE REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Registration procedure:
- Download the Application Form and Waiver Forms from the Perry website.
- Complete, sign and mail the hardcopy Contest Registration and Waiver Forms, along with copies of your FAA Pilot Certificate, SSA membership card, sailplane insurance cover page (showing coverage dates and liability amount), and $100 deposit check to Rhonda Tyler, PO Box 65, Wagener, SC 29164
- A deposit of $100 is required with your registration form. Total registration fee is $430 ($330, plus $100 deposit). The deposit is required by February 21, 2008, to hold your place on the list, with the remainder due at the registration desk upon arrival.
